Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • in the same condition you received them

  • unworn/unused, with tags attached

  • in the original packaging
    You will also need proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note:

  • Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We  do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the eligibility requirements above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
